Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner (/ˈhɛjvo̠/ /re̜/ [loose] [grain]) is a subtropical Town located in Dc-16pzě Zone, Gduzqüeon Diocese, within the Covenent of Irus.

The name Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner was founded by Liklepa Shumremei, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Overview

Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1292, by Liklepa Shumremei. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner is buildings are arranged arround a single broad cobblestone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The somewhat suffishent has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Cultural Notes

Hëyvo̠ Re̜ Ner's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.
